Return & Exchange Policy
- No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered, except in cases of damage or defects.
- Trial/Decant Sizes: To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer trial/decant sizes (20ml and below) so you can experience the fragrance before purchasing larger bottles.
- Non-Returnable Items:

Full-size perfumes (once opened or used).

Trial/decant sizes.

Fragrances returned without original packaging.

Damaged / Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or defective, you must contact us within 2 business days of delivery at support@inspireperfumes.com with a mandatory unboxing video.
Once verified, you may be eligible for:
- A replacement (subject to stock availability), or
- A refund as per our refund policy.
Note: Without an unboxing video, claims for damages cannot be processed.
Customer Responsibility for Returns
- If approved for return, the customer must ship the product back to us in its original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable for:

Refund Policy
- Approval: Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval of the returned product.
- Mode: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
- Deductions: A 2.5% payment gateway fee will be deducted from all refunds.
- Failed Transactions: Refunds for failed online transactions are automatic and may take up to 7 working days. Inspire Perfumes does not hold these funds.

Important Notes
- Returns that don’t meet the above criteria will not be accepted.
- Products returned without approval may be refused or destroyed.
- Refund/exchange is not applicable on opened, used, or tampered fragrances due to health and safety reasons.
